Wow, the gym guy sounds *very* annoying. What a jerk. But, I agree confronting him would probably just create a "situation" and who needs that. It's the condo management that has the responsibility to actually do something about it not you.

Appears the taupe color called Shroom is on a major final sale markdown, clearly you should get it since you already know your size. I have recently bought a variety of AYR jeans. I could actually write a post about it Lol. I have 2 pairs that I love after it ALL. I obsess and debate and debate and pray when they come they'll work.

I’d say something. I’m can be done in a non confrontational manner although I am poor at the personally when someone is that inconsiderate. Management should be doing something and not put you in this spot.
It's very rude and inconsiderate of this person. He should be banned from the gymn if he's not following the rules. I mean really why does he feel the need to be in there working?
Your gym situation is not dramatic. There are usually common areas at apartments/condos so this is just disruptive. You may be able to avoid it if you go at random times.

It is difficult to confront someone like that, this is why he does it. He is a bully. Maybe if multiple people confront him on a daily basis in a group. He will get the message Is there a HOA?

Bug management and documentation is crucial. Write them monthly, showing copies sent to other residents by email.
If you have a lawyer buddy(who won’t charge you) copy him/her as well.
